AGS Refund Policy During Announced Dates of Theme Park Closures:

We realize this is a difficult time for everyone on a personal level and for many of us, professionally. Being in the tourism business, and particularly selling Theme Park tickets for revenue, has brought our income to “0”. All tickets are non-refundable however we know that some of our customers may be financially strained. With that said, we are offering this refund policy which mirrors the theme park policy for tickets purchased during the theme park closures:

      1. For Disney Tickets – No refunds. Unexpired multi-day theme park tickets with unused days, or date-specific theme park tickets with a valid use period during the period of March 12-March 31, 2020 will automatically be extended to use any date through December 15, 2020. If you are unable to visit by December 15, 2020 you may apply the value of a wholly unused ticket toward the purchase of a ticket for a future date.
      2. For Universal Tickets – No refunds. Tickets are valid 1 year from date of purchase.
      3. Sea World Parks & Resorts – No refunds under any circumstances. Tickets are valid for 1 year from date of purchase.

We understand that there may be certain financial situations that do not allow for a return visit to Orlando during the extended dates of ticket usage allowed by the parks. If this is the case, All Guest Services is willing to extend a refund on Disney and Universal tickets only - less a 15% restocking fee. This fee could then be applied to ANY FUTURE PURCHASE from All Guest Services in the form of a credit.
