General Conditions:
Rates shown include all state and local hotel taxes. Packages and rates are subject to change without notice. Restrictions may apply. All Guest Services prices are guaranteed upon full payment of your initial deposit. Advance purchase requirements (30 days or more) may be required to secure package rates listed. Minimum 7 days advance purchase required. All Guest Services reserves the right to re-invoice your reservation should an error be made in computing your package price. Package inclusions and options are subject to change without notice and only are secured upon receipt of initial deposit on your reservation.
Hotels:
Hotel check-in is generally at 3 or 4 p.m. Two double beds are standard in the room unless otherwise stated. Charges for in-room safes, rollaway beds and cribs, plus applicable taxes, are not included in the package price and are payable directly to the hotel. Gratuities, parking fees, laundry, telephone calls, meals, beverages, sightseeing or any other incidentals at the hotel are the responsibility of the guest unless otherwise noted at time of booking. Adjacent rooms and/or connecting rooms, room locations, accommodations for guests with disabilities, types of bedding and smoking preferences are on a request-only basis and subject to availability at the time of check-in. Please advise us of any special needs at the time of booking.
Payment Procedures:
All Guest Services/AGS Vacations requires an initial deposit of 10% of the vacation package or $50 per person whichever is greater to confirm your vacation package.
All remaining balance due for your vacation package must be paid in full no later than 30 days prior to your arrival date. All tickets that accompany your package will be available at the front desk of your hotel upon arrival. A payment voucher and self-addressed envelope are enclosed with your confirmation package for your convenience. Payment not made in full by the required date will result in automatic cancellation and forfeit of initial deposit. Payments will only be accepted in U.S. Dollars by draft or check payable to All Guest Services from any United States Bank. Credit or debit cards are also accepted using the payment coupon.
A hotel voucher with confirmation of payment will be mailed upon receipt of final payment.

Promotions Code/Credit Vouchers/Gift Certificates:
All promotions, discount codes and vouchers must be given to the Reservations Sales/Customer Care Representative for redemption at the time of reservations. Such codes can not be applied after reservations are confirmed.
Expedited Services:
Reservations made less than 30 days prior to arrival will be accessed a nominal late booking fee which will be communicated at the time of booking. Final payment by credit or debit card will be due at our Service Desk (see Service Desk section) where tickets and your hotel documents will be distributed.
Telephone Assistance:
We can easily provide any telephone assistance to you in regards to your vacation package prior to your arrival or while on vacation. We have multilingual staff available for assistance in various languages. In case of any need for assistance and/or problems, you may contact our Customer Care and Reservation Sales representatives at Tel 1-800-393-1775 ext. 18. Their hours of operations are Monday through Thursday 9:30am - 6:30pm Eastern Time and Friday from 9:30am - 5:00pm Eastern Time. Service Desk:
Centrally located in the Walt Disney World® Resort in the Doubletree Guest Suites lobby on Hotel Plaza Boulevard is our Concierge/Service Desk for on-site assistance during your vacation. Our experienced concierge/guest services representatives are available seven days a week 7:30am - 7pm for assistance with booking excursion tours, attraction tickets, car rentals or resolving final payment balances.
Modification/Revision Fees:
Any changes occurring after confirmation of the initial vacation package including but not limited to dates, guests, names, tickets, room types or hotel changes are subject to a nominal fee of a minimum of $30, depending upon the time and arrival, number of changes or partial cancellation of any services. Any cost in addition to the $30 will be communicated.
Cancellations/Refunds for Vacation Packages Reservations:

| 0-7 days prior: | Initial deposit forfeited plus $50 administrative fee. Remaining balance will be issued as a vacation credit towards a future vacation package with All Guest Services and will be valid for 1 year from the date of cancellation. |
| No shows: | All balances will be forfeited. |
All cancellation requests must be received by 4pm Eastern Time or it will be considered the next day. To cancel you must speak with a Customer Care or Reservation Sales personnel by calling 1-800-393-1775 ext. 18 and obtain a cancellation number.
Refunds:
No refunds for unused tickets, features, or early check-outs will be issued.
Hurricanes:
Hurricanes are an unpredictable act of nature that occur yearly and sometimes affect the state of Florida. It is the responsibility of the customer to check and track the weather prior to their arrival. Special consideration will not be given for acts of God and weather. Therefore, it is important to make your decision for cancellations in a timely manner with the above penalties applying.
Applicable Law and Responsibility:
It is agreed by and between you and All Guest Services, that all claims, disputes and matters whatsoever arising under or in connection with these policies and procedures shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida (without regard to conflict of laws) and shall be litigated, if at all, in and before a court located in the State of Florida, USA, to the exclusion of the courts of any other state or country. All Guest Services is not responsible for any error or omission. All Guest Services is an independent wholesaler, and the services described are provided by independent contractors (i.e. hotels and theme parks). All Guest Services shall not be responsible or liable in any way for any loss, injury (including personal injury), or any damage caused or arising in connection with customer's travel or other services or products provided through All Guest Services, including but not limited to, any transportation, accommodations, attractions, meals, or other services or any acts of God, weather, strikes, acts of Government or other authorities, wars, civil disturbances, hijacks, thefts, or any other circumstances beyond our control. The terms and conditions of the transportation providers (including all applicable tariffs) applies to all transportation provided services.
